AI Transparency Statement

Effective 5 October 2026

Loresson produces training content using an AI-assisted production system directed by experienced learning, compliance and HSEQ specialists. This statement sets out plainly which AI we use, what happens to your content, and how AI-generated material is identified.

1 The AI Providers We Use

OpenAI. Language models for planning, structuring and writing course content, and for helping us sort and respond to enquiries.

Anthropic. Language models for planning, structuring, writing and reviewing course content.

Google. Image and video generation models.

Runway. Video and image generation, which may itself use Google video models.

ElevenLabs. Synthetic voice and audio generation.

We may change or add providers. Changes are published on our Sub-processors page, with at least 30 days' notice to clients with active projects.

2 What Happens to Your Content

Your briefs, scripts and procedures are sent to these providers only to produce your project.

We use paid commercial services whose terms prohibit training their models on your content.

Providers may keep data briefly for abuse monitoring, for the periods listed on our Sub-processors page.

We never sell your content or share it with other clients.

3 How AI Content Is Identified

In line with Article 50 of the EU AI Act, we identify AI-generated material in four ways.

Machine-readable marking. Media files we deliver carry embedded markers, such as content credentials, so other systems can detect them as AI-generated. We never remove watermarks applied by our providers.

Disclosure to you. Every delivery states clearly which assets are AI-generated.

On-screen notice. Finished courses we deliver under Premium include a notice that the course contains AI-generated content.

AI interaction notice. Wherever learners talk to an AI character in a role-play scenario, they are told they are interacting with AI.

All presenters, voices and scenes are synthetic. We do not clone the face or voice of any real person.

4 Human Oversight

Every project is directed by people. Learning, compliance and HSEQ specialists shape the brief, structure and teaching points, and Premium courses are reviewed and signed off by our compliance personnel before delivery. We do not use AI to make decisions about individuals that have legal or similarly significant effects.

5 Your Responsibilities

When you publish content that could be mistaken for real people, events or places, you must keep it identified as AI-generated. You must not remove our markings or use our content to deceive people about its origin.

6 Governance

Our staff receive AI literacy training. We assess every new AI provider for data protection, security and transparency before adoption, and review this statement at least once a year.
